95% – 99% High Alumina Al2o3 Ceramic Insulating Rods
These ceramic rods are made of high purity (95% - 99%) alumina ceramics and have excellent air tightness, vacuum tightness, and excellent insulation even at high temperatures. They are recommended for use as pipelines in mass spectrometers and other vacuum systems, thermocouple insulators, and other applications that require electrical and thermal insulators.
We are able to custom manufacture tight-tolerance high alumina ceramic insulating rods. Rods can be fabricated in round, square & rectangular shapes according to customers' requirements. The dimension tolerance of the rod up to 0.001mm, and its max working temperature up to 1750℃, and it's cleanable, reusable, and environmentally safe.
