Precision Zirconia Ceramic Plungers for Dosing Pump
These Ceramic Plungers and Shafts are made of Zirconia (mostly) and Alumina Ceramics, we are able to process with high precision to the tolerance of 0.001mm and Ra.0.1 standard surface finish. Ceramic plungers and shafts got excellent performance in wear-resistance, high temperature, saltwater, chemical, and metering applications. When corrosion resistance and wear resistance are required, and the packing life needs to be extended, the performance of the ceramic plungers shafts will be the best match.
Ceramic plungers and shafts are mostly used in pumps such as dosing pumps (distribution pumps), saltwater pumps, sewage pumps, high-pressure pumps, and also available in hydrodynamic cleaning equipment, power units in the mining, offshore well, and metering.
We can custom manufacture composite products which bond ceramic body to the stainless steel components, getting longer service life. The ceramic plungers and shafts are available in hollow and solid designs.
